LET'S CELEBRATE!
We celebrated CMI completion with NANT – Water Safety Specialists
Head of Commercial, Lianne (Li) Russell, visited NANT HQ to deliver CMI certificates to Joint Managing Directors, Carl Baker and Richard Deakin, in recognition of their successful achievement of the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.
Nant’s chosen method of delivery was face-to-face sessions, giving Carl and Richard the chance to practise modules in real-time and apply their learning directly into Nant’s leadership.
Carl and Richard’s achievement show true commitment to embedding a coaching and mentoring culture within Nant Ltd.
Huge congratulations to our Cobra Coffee store managers for successfully completing their year-long IGNITE leadership training programme.
Over the past 12 months, they’ve been building skills to lead with confidence, inspire their teams, and make a real impact in their stores.
This journey has been about more than training, it’s about growth, collaboration, and creating stronger leaders who bring out the best in their people.
We’re proud of every single one of you. Here’s to the difference you’ll continue to make in your teams, your stores, and the wider Cobra Coffee family.
A huge congratulations to our international cohort of learners from Edgewell Personal Care on completing their 6-workshop Foundation Academy programme.
The last cohort of learners from 2024-2025 season came together from the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic and France to virtually build not just skills but real connections with colleagues they wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to meet. One of the big advantages to virtual learning.
Together, they explored communicating with impact, creating high-performing teams, building resilience, and moving forward as transformational leaders…and so much more!
The interaction, energy, and willingness to learn from one another truly made this feel like a global family of learners.
From kicking off the first workshop to celebrating at Graduation Day alongside Edgewell HR Director, Jean-Baptiste Fournier, this group showed incredible commitment every step of the way.
We couldn’t be prouder.

Let’s celebrate the Paragon UK Leadership Class of 2025!
After seven months of powerful growth, collaboration, and impressive leadership development, we’re thrilled to congratulate the latest cohort of change-makers who have officially completed the Paragon Leadership Programme!
From honing strategic communication, to building high-performing teams, to leading change with confidence, this cohort tackled it all. The programme covered key areas including Communication & Goal Setting, Leading Change Successfully, Finance for Non-Financial Leaders, and Leadership Coaching Skills…and more.
Delivered through a mix of face-to-face sessions in their London HO and high-energy virtual workshops, the programme was packed with practical insights, dynamic peer learning, and just the right dose of challenge.

TRAINING AT ITS FINEST!
The first day of learning for a new cohort of Operations Manager Apprentices. A talented group by all accounts!
Their Senior Learning Coach started the training day with a super leader themed icebreaker seeing everyone answering four questions in pictures or words:
1. what’s your superpower
2. how you felt arriving
3. what do you want from the course
4. and your passion
Then it was all about behaviour. Digging into scientific theories, looking at the brain and how it influences behaviours. The group explored reflection, learning styles, and how to put together a personal development plan using feedback and self-reflection.
To finish, the group quizzed each other to test their learning from the day…a great way to embed learning but boy, did it get competitive!
Welcome to our brilliant learners from Caffè Nero and Coffee#1. A strong start for this Super Leader journey!
What do you get when you combine two days of hands-on learning in Project Management and Innovation, a behind-the-scenes facility tour (complete with hair nets, of course), and some serious team bonding over electronic darts and shuffleboard!
An unforgettable workshop that blended professional development with just the right amount of fun.
Paragon Works lucky cohort of Level 7 Senior Leader Apprentices had the opportunity to dive deep into the principles of effective project delivery and innovative thinking, skills that are more important than ever in today’s fast-paced environment. The workshop sparked great discussions, practical insights, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
There’s something powerful about stepping away from our desks, learning something new, and strengthening connections across a team. They left this training session feeling inspired, recharged, and ready to take on new projects and collaboration to the next level.
In our recent Change Management session for one of our Level 5 Operations Department Manager apprentice learners with Caffè Nero, we focused on the skills and behaviours that make change stick, learning that change is never just about process; it’s about people.
The cohort unpacked proven change models, explored how to navigate the emotions and fears that change can stir up, and threw in a reference or two to Simon Sinek, the American author and inspirational speaker on business leadership.

At WELL Training we believe in recognising the outstanding growth, grit, and brilliance of our learners. That’s why we’ve launched the Learner Champion Awards to celebrate the incredible achievements of individuals across both our Apprenticeship and Commercial learning programmes.
The six categories featured one nominee from each Learning Coach/Facilitator and the winners were chosen by a team vote.
