I have joined WELL as a part -time senior learning coach, supporting operations managers through Level 5 CMI Diplomas and Apprenticeships.

My own operational knowledge, gained over 14 years of working with a Grade 1 training provider with multiple locations enables me to work with my clients theoretically and practically, mentoring and coaching some exceptionally talented people.
