2022

Continued global growth with enhanced and increased training offer following a significant investment in our digital capabilities and people.

2023

An exciting year with a new CEO, and company investment to focus on continued growth and support of all things digital for learners and clients (platforms to launch early 2024).
WELL formed exciting relationships in North America with the introduction of IAAPA
approved training programmes, to offer significant investment in our learners
and new clients.

2021

WELL Team grows, following successful digital delivery and transition of all learning programs, enabling continued support for all learners and clients through COVID-19.
WELL also recieves a Good OFSTED grade in their full inspection.

2018

WELL go global and commence delivery in North America, Asia, central Europe. WELL also successfully commence virtual delivery of Leadership programs.

2017

Successful application to join Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers, successfully commence Leadership and Management apprentices.

2010

Founded with a vision to create transformational Leadership & Management development.

2013

Extension of our product offer, adding Project Management, Customer Service, Event Management, Teaching & Learning to our learning offer.

2016

Successfully secured funding to deliver a joint ESF/Big Lottery funded program to support unemployed and economically inactive people in the West Midlands.
