🚀 Inspiring Training & delivery: Ben Wakefield MBA, QTLS delivered a coaching & mentoring workshop with the RSK Group. Crafting their own coaching models whilst engaging in practical coaching sessions, employing various tools & techniques – making towards a brighter future. Lianne (Li) Russell welcomed a new cohort of learners from the States! The Capital Wheel, (part of the Icon Entertainment Group), Peterson’s & Bond 45 commenced a virtual Leadership Development Programme aimed at fostering team growth.

As we move through the 21st Century, businesses & individuals alike are facing challenges like never before. As inspirational leaders, we talked about the development, growth & transformation of our team, & business, & our clients. Leadership was the name of the game this month!
🌈 Community spirit: Partnered with Black Country Futures & lead partner Steps To Work, we reminded you of the #BCF community project. The first year was a resounding success with overachieved targets for WELL & our learners!
📣 Shouting out: Our learners provided case studies from the Edgewell Personal Care bespoke Foundation Academy, based on the growth of their leadership & communication skills. We discovered how just two modules (Communicate with Impact & Situational Leadership) revolutionised their professional journey.Â
