Strategic Leadership, an IAAPA approved 4 week virtual programme designed to develop your strategic leadership skills in creating and communicating a strategic vision for your team and organisation. You will learn how different strategies are needed to address various organisational challenges. You will learn how to identify, assess, and manage risk and communicate strategy effectively to stakeholders so that they are motivated to action your strategy.
During the programme, you will participate in active, engaging learning activities.
As a strategic leader, you will be better able to lead your organisation through the challenges that come your way. Whatever those challenges may be! You will construct and communicate an engaging and motivational vision for your team or organisation, resulting in highly engaged and motivated stakeholders.
This programme has been designed for participants who are looking to develop their leadership skills and capabilities; whether an existing leader or in the early stages of a leadership journey, this programme will offer the opportunity to develop new skills, deepen existing knowledge and help to refine leadership behaviours which gets results!
