Programme Content

This one-day course will include the following components:

  • Introduction, background and best practice research and theory on coaching and mentoring models, tools and techniques
  • Assessment of your own personality traits and values in relation to coaching and mentoring
  • Practical application of coaching and mentoring techniques across a range of scenarios
  • By the end of this one day course delegates will have developed an individual and organisational action plan identifying opportunities to implement coaching models and mentoring solutions that can be used within their own organisation

This is a one-day course, delivered over 7 hours – commencing at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm.
