Programme Content
By the end of the course you will have undertaken learning and development from all of the following units :
Group A: Candidates to complete ALL units
- An Introduction to managerial style
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Introducing organisational culture, values and behaviour
- Personal development as a manager and leader
Group B: Candidates to complete three of the following units:
- Managing team dynamics
- Management report writing
- Management and leadership influencing skills
- Managing and guiding interviews
- Managing equality and diversity
- An introduction to staff inspection techniques
- Being a leader
- Introduction to management coaching & mentoring
duration
5 days face to face delivery by a WELL Associate supported by electronic resources and a comprehensive Personal Development File.
Candidates will complete the full qualification in approximately 6-12 months.
