By the end of the course you will have undertaken learning and development from up to three of the following units depending upon individual initial assessments and needs analysis:

- Completing the Coaching and Mentoring process
- Coaching and Mentoring for individual and team needs
- Coaching and Mentoring operational processes
- Coaching and Mentoring process evaluation

Two days face to face delivery by WELL Associates Ltd, supported by electronic resources and a comprehensive Personal Development File.
It is envisaged that candidates will complete the full qualification in approximately 1 to 3 months.
