Black Country Futures (BCF)
WELL Training have partnered with Black Country Futures to work with them on their Black Country Community Focus project, funded by the National Lottery. This project will bring positive change to people over the age of 16, living in the Black Country by delivering free accredited Level 1 virtual, bespoke training programmes. Not only that, but WELL Training also support with CV building, writing cover letters, assist with completing job applications, and giving individuals the confidence to smash interview techniques!
WELL Training will assist and empower individuals encountering barriers to achieve their goals and pursue employment. Through this project, WELL Training will elevate aspirations, build individuals’ confidence, and guide people into training with the help of this project.

Level 1
Customer Services
The programme is aimed at anyone who has ambitions to pursue a career in a customer-facing role. You will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and knowledge, along with improving your communication skills through practical tasks.
Level 1
Travel & Tourism
This programme is aimed at anyone with little or no experience who wish to understand and work in the travel and tourism sector. You will learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment.

The programme has made me more aware of new skills that I may need in any job. It has also made me more confident.
I completed the customer service programme to understand more about customer service, as this is important in any job. The support I had from WELL Training was amazing and I truly enjoyed every minute of the training. My tutor was caring, upstanding and worked very well with us all and she was always there and happy to help. I enjoyed the group sessions where we all worked well together as a team. The programme has made me more aware of new skills. It has also made me more confident and shown me that customer satisfaction is important to allow a business to improve.
