To achieve the Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading you will need to complete ALL core units in Group A and one optional unit from Group B.

duration
There will be five one day face-to-face delivery sessions by WELL Associates Ltd, self directed study using electronic resources and a comprehensive personal development file.
The average duration of the programme is 6 to 12 months.
