By the end of the course you will have undertaken learning and development from the following units:

GROUP A Candidates will complete ALL of the following UNITS:

  • Personal development as a manager and leader
  • Information based decision making
  • Resource management
  • Meeting stakeholder and quality needs
  • Conducting a management project

GROUP B Candidates must complete ONE of the following UNITS:

  • Performance management
  • Being a Leader

GROUP C Candidates will need to complete THREE of the following UNITS:

  • Financial control
  • Marketing planning
  • Project development control
  • Human resource development
  • Managing recruitment and selection
  • Leadership practice
  • Ethical organisational management
  • Developing and managing networks
  • Managing ideas and innovation
  • Managerial decision making
  • Introduction to management and leadership

duration

5 days face to face delivery by a WELL Associate supported by electronic resources and a comprehensive Personal Development File.

Candidates will complete the full qualification in approximately 6-12 months.
