Most Improved
Winner – Macey Pearce

Celebrating Macey Pearce, completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship with a GP Surgery.
Macey, named our Most Improved Learner, nominated by her Senior Learning Coach, Sal Khan.
When Macey began her apprenticeship, she lacked confidence and preferred one-to-one sessions. But over time, she’s grown remarkably, and now actively joins the group training sessions and contributes with confidence and enthusiasm. Her progress has been inspiring to watch!

Antonella Orlacchio, completing her Operations Manager Apprenticeship with Caffè Nero, and voted our Most Engaged Learner!
Nominated by Senior Learning Coach nicola baxter, Antonella stood out for her energy and curiosity, whether in face-to-face or virtual sessions, she’s always the first to contribute, ask thoughtful questions, and go above and beyond expectations. She even brings insights from her HiPer programme into her apprenticeship learning, demonstrating incredible initiative and commitment to her growth.

Richard Crowe, who recently completed his Level 7 CMI Diploma in Strategic Leadership Practice.
Richard is recognised for his Growth Mindset and Resilience, nominated by Lianne (Li) Russell, Head of Commercial and Facilitator.
Richard began strong but faced a major challenge when he was made redundant partway through his qualification. Instead of giving up, he kept going, continuing his studies, applying feedback, and completing all units just as he secured a new role with PDSA.
Richard’s perseverance and professionalism is an outstanding example of what true leadership looks like. Well done from the WELL Team!

Connor consistently supports his peers, encourages quieter voices in group sessions, and brings an inclusive, team-focused energy to everything he does. His willingness to share experiences and lead by example makes him a true role model.

Kane’s journey is one of transformation, focus and determination, producing exceptional work and earning a well-deserved promotion to Store Manager.
