At Level 5, the programme has been designed for developing management coaching and mentoring skills, helping you to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

Programme Content

By the end of the course you will have undertaken learning and development from the following units (dependent on needs analysis and initial assessment:

Group A ALL UNITS to be completed:

Introduction to Coaching & Mentoring
Management Coaching & Mentoring and the Organisation
Management Coaching and mentoring skills

Group B ONE of the following UNITS:

Management coaching and Practice
Management Mentoring
Management of Action Learning

Two days face to face delivery by a Well Training supported by electronic resources and a comprehensive Personal Development File.

Candidates will complete the full qualification in approximately 1 month.
