WELL Training is celebrating after it was recognised for the quality of Information, advice and guidance (IAG) it offers to its learners helping them to reach their full potential.
The company has been accredited the matrix Standard, demonstrating its company values, strong bespoke programmes and continued high standards offered to its clients and learners.
“The matrix Standard is an international quality standard and, helps organisations improve their IAG provision through benchmarking against best practice and with accreditation for those who’s services meet the criteria of the full standard. The matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) Standard for information, advice and guidance services.”
WELL Training delivers apprenticeships, commercial and community programmes providing IAG throughout, to support its learners on their journey to completing their training and providing individual support. The matrix assessor, from the Growth Company, gave one example where a learner was being made redundant and was very thankful for the advice given by one of WELL Training’s Senior Learning Coaches, some of it out of hours!

for administrators, team leaders, managers and senior leaders. With an OFTSED rating of ‘Good’, WELL Training successfully delivers apprenticeships across England via face-to-face sessions,
or coach led interactive classes or hybrid model depending on the clients’ needs. In addition, commercial courses are delivered to clients across the globe and in various languages.
The Matrix assessor praised WELL Training for its approach to continuous improvement, the promotion of IAG throughout the learners’ journey, the employer feedback and the changes to its website.
WELL Training’s positive aspects, highlighted in the feedback, shows excellent awareness of its strengths and areas for development, along with its open culture with a clear business focus.
