What stood out the most about the Foundation Academy was the Facilitators’ ability to connect with each user and pull context in for the material. The academy was broken into manageable chunks, allowing us to keep up with our daily activities while learning. Personally, after completing the academy, I’ve developed a more conscious approach to my communication and task management skills. An added bonus from the academy was the 1:1 sessions with Li, which helped me apply my career map.

The Pion University session ‘Getting Things Done’ gave me so many insights and strategies into how I can boost my productivity and feel more confident managing my day to day tasks. The learning materials are easy to digest and don’t feel overwhelming. Our Facilitator is always super engaging and I feel fully supported during my management training.

The Customer Excellence workshop was well presented & very professionally delivered. The content of the course was precise & optimal for our situation. The Facilitator made us feel comfortable, even though we didn’t all know each other & being an online training workshop, it was conducted in a manner that we felt that we were taking the course in person. The Facilitator spoke clearly, her tone & volume were constant for the two hours so made it easy to remain attentive for the duration.

When you hear you’re attending training the first reaction most people have is a big sigh…but I started Lianne’s training on the Foundation Academy. Lianne is one of the most genuine person I’ve sat through a training session with. Her passion was obvious and her desire was to involve everyone in the group. Lianne shared the training content, but sought input from everyone making the training more relaxing and interesting. When someone has passion for what they do It shows, and Lianne does. Lianne encouraged the group to “Think” about their management style as well as how to improve upon it.
