As we conclude 2025, we’re proud to reflect on another year of meaningful progress, collaboration, and learner success at WELL. Our commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship experiences remains at the heart of everything we do.
2025 the Apprenticeship team welcomed and continue to:
Develop Partnerships – Our relationships with GP surgeries have continued to strengthen, with practices supporting their staff through apprenticeship pathways.
A Fond Farewell, with a Silver Lining – While we’re sad to see the Level 7 Senior Leader programme coming to an end, we’re grateful to have the opportunity to launch our final two cohorts this month. This means we will proudly continue delivering the programme for the next 18 months, supporting our final groups of aspiring leaders to achieve excellence.
Continued Excellence in Delivery – Our focus on quality, blended learning, and learner experience remains. We are committed to supporting every apprentice to grow in confidence, capability, and professional impact throughout their learning journey.
Innovation & Improvement – From enhancing digital pathways to refining processes that support both learners and clients, we continue to evolve our delivery to meet the needs of modern workplaces and future-ready professionals.

We’re delighted to collaborate with new partners like UCC Coffee, who share our passion for innovation and excellence. Together, we’re shaping a bespoke CMI-accredited Mentoring Programme for their Engineers, an initiative designed to unlock potential and deliver exceptional results.

Our commitment to our long-standing clients is stronger than ever. By deepening these relationships and exploring bold new ways of working together, we’re driving sustainable growth and, in some cases, radical transformation. We can’t wait to share more of these success stories with you in the New Year!

CHARITY
We donated to Raven’s Rescue UK in 2025.
Founded in 2012, they work hard to care for animals that have been abandoned or mistreated, providing safety, veterinary treatment, and proper assessment before finding them new homes.
Raven’s have a charity shop based in Kingswinford to support the charity, but donations play a big part in helping them continue their wonderful work.

The WELL Team wrapped up (almost) 2025 in style with the last Team Meeting of the year. Face-to-face (a rare treat!) and perfectly timed with Christmas Jumper Day. Reactions to this, well let’s just say:
