Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme, each earning distinctions.
This accomplishment highlights the reflective impact of advanced leadership training, developing effective management and
driving organisational success.
Sarah Wynn, Managing Director of ADAS Environment, reflected on her experience: "The apprenticeship has been a significant commitment, but the benefits have been substantial. It has provided me with new perspectives on leadership and management, which I have been able to apply directly to my role."
Barry Crisp, Group Learning and Development Manager, noted: "Participating in the apprenticeship has been an enriching experience. The programme's structure allowed for practical application of concepts, leading to immediate improvements in my leadership approach.
