October: a spooktacular month of growth and team spirit!

Halloween with WELL Training

A spooky October round-up from the team at WELL is anything but ordinary! Packed with spooky vibes, dynamic training sessions, and new faces, it’s been a month to remember for our team.

October brought new clients, adding excitement, energy and new challenges to our training sessions. From learning cutting-edge industry techniques to honing our communication skills, problem-solving strategies, mastering new tools, and collaborative exercises. It was a month of personal and professional growth that will undoubtedly benefit our clients and projects in the coming months. As a team we’ve loved every moment of it and are grateful for the trust our clients place in us

October’s various awareness days gave us a chance to reflect and engage with causes close to our hearts. From Mental Health Awareness Day to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we took time to educate ourselves, spread awareness, and support each other. These days were a powerful reminder of the positive impact we can create, both in the workplace and in our communities.

Since many of us spend so much time at work, we highlighted the importance of mental health in the workplace. Work is not just about income – it’s where we connect, grow, and sometimes, find new friendships. Good mental health at work and good management go hand in hand. Workplaces with high mental wellbeing are not only happier but also more productive!

Being mental health trained means knowing how to support your colleagues, spot signs of stress or burnout early, and foster a positive work environment where everyone can thrive. At WELL Training we understand that investing in mental health training in the workplace is crucial and more important than ever, not only for our staff but also for our learners and clients.

At WELL Training we support our learners throughout their learning journey with coach 1:1s but we also provide specialist mentoring, study skills support, and assistive technology training with our Clear Links app. We celebrated Dyslexia Awareness Week with British Dyslexia Association to show that Dyslexia is not just about challenges; it’s about resilience, creativity, and thinking differently.
