WELL Training celebrate National Apprenticeship Week

This week, the Apprenticeship team at WELL Training has shown their appreciation for their apprentice learners by celebrating them in various ways. It has been wonderful to witness the learners expressing their gratitude through interviews, participating in activities, and providing testimonials. This highlights that apprenticeships are inclusive and beneficial for individuals of all ages,
backgrounds, and occupations.

‘Apprenticeships are for everyone’. Extending beyond school leavers and cater to all ages, whether looking to enhance skills or aiming for that well-deserved promotion. Apprenticeships offer opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. Celebrating the diverse path that apprenticeships pave with a piece from our L5 Operation Managers at RSK Group, speaking to Ben Wakefield about their apprenticeship.

Stewart Thomson, Workshop Manager from RIVUS Fleet Solutions shared his reflections as both a manager and an apprentice, completing Level 5 in Operations Management.

Congratulations to Renata Petrovic, Store Manager at Caffè Nero, for successfully passing her Functional Skills exams, despite English not being her primary language. Renata is currently working on completing Level 5 Operations or Manager Apprenticeship.
