WELL Training ready during lockdown to help clients train staff for recovery

Jackie Wyke, Director of leading training specialists WELL Training, writes: The WELL Training team will continue to provide high levels of service for customers during the latest national lockdown.

Drawing upon our extensive experience of digital teaching, WELL remain committed to serving customers across the West Midlands, nationally and internationally. With the growing team busier than ever, we will continue to provide high levels of service for customers as we have done since WELL was founded in 2010.

Although lockdown and social distancing has put pressure on many businesses, we are finding that developing your staff via the digital platforms and virtual delivery solutions, in which we have extensive experience, is a great way of developing your people, equipping them with the skills and support to help drive your recovery.

Staff on furlough can receive training so developing them now is a great way to keep your people engaged, motivated and with the skills they will need to come back even stronger, driving productivity, performance and great results for your business when they return. If you are looking for support to plan how to develop your employees to benefit your recovery, please get in touch.

As we did from last March onwards in the first lockdown, we are operating at our usual levels while helping customers to change their learning models to meet the latest restrictions. I am again proud of the way the team has pulled together, working closely with clients to ensure they can access our services and ensuring learners receive specific help needed.

Drawing upon WELL’s extensive experience of successfully providing training via virtual delivery, which had been established well before the pandemic, we will continue offering services ranging from apprenticeship programmes for leading national brands through to the Black Country Futures courses which help people aged 16 and over to secure employment.

WELL Training will be open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with our phonelines open on 0121 752 0969. Alternatively, you can email the team via enquiries@welltraining.co.uk We will continue to maintain service levels to our high standards to play our part in supporting clients and learners meet their training and development objectives through the pandemic.

For now, I would like to thank staff for their commitment and remain grateful to all our customers for their continued support.
