Quarter 1 round-up: saddled up for success

Quarter one round-up

Q1 2026… what a start to the year, packed with high-impact delivery sessions across our client partnerships and some brilliant leadership conversations in the room.

Senior Leader apprenticeship delivery with WELL Training
WELL Training deliver NLP Training to Paragon
WELL Training delivering Commercial leadership training to Paragon

We’ve continued supporting our Level 7 Senior Leader apprentices as they progress through their strategic leadership journey, alongside strong cohorts on the Operations Manager apprenticeship developing confident, commercially aware leaders across organisations. We were also delighted to welcome a brand-new cohort from Paragon as they begin their Leadership journey with us.

National Apprenticeship Week gave us the perfect excuse to shout about our learners and clients…although in truth, we don’t need an excuse because that’s something we’re proud to celebrate every single day. Their commitment to development is what makes our work matter.

Charity walk Ben Wakefield

Senior Learning Coach Ben Wakefield is taking on an incredible challenge to raise money for Campaign Against Living Miserably with Campaign Against Living Miserably, a suicide prevention charity providing life-saving services and practical mental health support to anyone who needs it.
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. It’s a statistic that’s hard to ignore and one that makes initiatives like this so important.
Ben is walking The Highland Haul from Fort William to Inverness, climbing Ben Nevis along the way, with a group of friends…carrying Snowy, a life-sized dummy, symbolising the need to carry each other through our darkest moments.
Ben said:
“I believe CALM is an amazing charity that genuinely saves lives by providing someone to talk to when people feel like there is no other way out.”
This cause is deeply personal to Ben, so this challenge is not just about endurance, it’s about raising awareness and funding support that saves lives.
As a team, we’re backing Ben by committing to walk every day in the month leading up to his challenge. Admittedly, we’ll have the comfort of our own beds each night, unlike Ben and the walking crew but we’re proud to move in support of this vital cause.
If you’re able to contribute, even the price of a coffee it would make a real difference.
