Progression pathways onto Masters qualifications

Well Associates are proud to be able to offer a progression pathway from their L7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management onto the Worcester University MBA at Yr 2 of 3. The L7 gives RPL for Yr 1 of 3.

We are currently in discussions with Wolverhampton University to offer the same progression route for our L7 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring onto Yr 2 of their MA in Coaching & Mentoring. However, we also use "what colour is your leadership style" which measures your formative years and the impact they have on the way you manage and lead people

Another successful Leadership & Management programme for WELL!

WELL Leadership and Management programmes go from strength to strength with another successful cohort of learners all achieving the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership.

A number of these delegates came to WELL, faced with redundancy and were looking to improve their skill base to help get into new employment. The Leadership & Management programme was therefore about more than just providing these individuals with the skills and knowledge to be successful managers, it was about empowering them and providing them with the confidence to use this qualification and the new knowledge and skills they had gained as a springboard to future employment.

Well Associates now accredited to deliver NCFE teaching and training qualifications

Well Associates are now fully accredited to deliver a variety of NCFE qualifications in Learning & Development from Safeguarding Learning in Educational settings at Level 2, through to the Preparing to Teach in the lifelong Learning Sector and Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector Levels 3 and 4, through to vocational Assessor/Internal Quality Assurance and External Quality Assurance qualifications.

WELL are supporting delivery of Initial Teacher Training programmes at Warwick University

WELL Director, Lianne Wyke-Russell will be working with 21 Teacher trainees across a range of disciplines at Warwick Univerisites Institute for Education, to train them on the underlying principles of effective teacher education, delivering the PGCE course meeting the QTS framework.
