Who is this qualification suitable for?

This qualification is for junior, middle and senior managers who need to plan and implement change within their area of responsibility.

Benefits

This course will enable individuals and organisations to successfully deal with the change process. After attending this programme managers will have tools, techniques and models they can use to plan and implement change in their area of responsibility.

Qualification Content

By the end of the course you will have undertaken learning and development around the following learning outcomes:

1. Be able to lead change

  • Identify alternative models for change management; critically evaluate models to bring an identified change in an organisation and explain how to bring change in own organisation

2. Be able to promote organisational reasons for change

  • Review the benefits against the business objectives and communicate the change strategy with all stakeholders

3. Be able to gain support for change

  • Explain how to Influence stakeholders and gain agreement for change and how to implement appropriate mechanisms for consultation

4. Be able to support people through the change process

  • Provide support and guidance to those planning and implementing change, communicate progress to stakeholders involved in the change progress and identify achievements associated with change across an organisation
Duration

One day course between 09:30am - 16:30pm.

Dates available to meet individual candidate requirements, with sessions and dates available now at locations across the West Midlands region.

National dates available across the UK to meet to individual and organisational requirements.
