Case Study: Cadbury World

Background

Cadbury World is one of Birmingham's largest leisure attractions, welcoming over 600,000 visitors each year, and delivering a fantastic education programme. Cadbury World offers its visitors the opportunity to explore and discover chocolate's history, to learn about the origins and story of the Cadbury business - one of the world's largest confectionery manufacturers.

Cadbury World currently features 14 zones which tell the story of chocolate and the Cadbury business through various static sets, animatronics, video presentations, multi-sensory cinema, interactive displays and activities, and staff demonstrations.

We have been delighted with our experience with WELL and the feedback from staff who have undertaken the training has been phenomenal, creating a real buzz around training in the organisation. WELL are currently in the process of delivering a new apprenticeship programme for us, which is the first time we have been able to have our own bespoke apprenticeship programme at Cadbury World.
