From extensive experience managing complex projects and relationships, Lindsey is an ambitious and intelligent asset to any organisation she works with. From managing multi-million pound funding programmes, to delivering high profile events, to delivering strategic regional projects to engaging commercial partners.
From the London 2012 Games, to national pilot programmes, to working with small charities, Lindsey has extensive experience working across the private, public and voluntary sector working at all levels.
Lindsey now heads up the consultancy arm of the business and leads on everything from helping organisations to access funding, to delivering consultancy support on major national and regional programmes, to providing the specialist insight to the Leadership and Management, Event Management and Project Management training and consultancy delivered by WELL.
Lindsey wins Express & Star Business Person of the Year Award
Director, Lindsey Flynn recently celebrated winning Express & Star Business Person of the Year Award.
She impressed the judges with her sheer determination and focus. They said "'She had identified a niche, under-served sector and secured funding to deliver a new innovative training programme for this sector. This resulted in a solid financial springboard for further growth and development."
